Anyone else notice the resemblance to The Blob?

Every beach seems to have its own style of wave. Huntington makes lace. Dana Point does crochet. Crystal Cove’s have a rough look to them. Aliso Beach foams more. In these San Onofre spectacles, I kept noticing the dotted streaks.

Call it my curious fascination, nothing more.
