Dr. Shah raised my dose of Effexor. I showed her my hands, the spots on the fingers where I pick. It’s something that some depressives do. Others pick at their arms, their toes, their face. I pick at a pair of old blisters, my navel, and a spot hidden by my beard.
Otherwise my mood is satisfactory, leaning towards good.
