While we were driving home from our favorite Indian restaurant, we followed a white minivan whose back was plastered with various bumper stickers exhorting us to love our country, pray for the flag, and eat fish with crossed eyes. The license plate holder read “Mission Viejo: DIABLOS”.
This fellow wasn’t the best driver. He yapped on his cell phone and then suddenly realized that he was in the wrong lane for a right turn. I slowed to allow him to cut in. He just moved in and punched in a new number on his phone. No wave, no acknowledgement of my kindness.
