Idi Amin

Posted on December 4, 2003 in Human Rights Humor?

For years I have sought a copy of this song.

Thanks to No Fear for the link.

It’s a mean song, but Idi deserved it.

One authoritarian dictator is pretty much like another. Right wing critics of Amin don’t like to talk about the fact that he got to live the good life in Saudi Arabia until his death from multiple organ failure in Jeddah or that he was put out of power by socialist Tanzania. The rest of the world stood by, mocking but doing nothing for the embattled Ugandan people. It was in their best interests to keep him propped up as a figurehead for their race-baiting.

No oil.
