  • Ignorantia elechi = the fallacy of refutation by indirection –> a common defense of those who have been found out as liars and propagandists

  • Ignorantia judicis est calamitas innocentis. = the ignorance of a judge is calamitous to an accused person. –> describes a few ops

  • Immoblia situm sequuntur.= Immovable objects remain in the site.

  • Incommodum non servit argumentum. = Inconvenience does not serve as an argument.

  • Jus summum saepa summa maltia es! = Extreme law is often extreme wrong.

  • Mundus vult decipi. = The world likes to be deceived –> a Republican credo.

  • Solvenur risu tabulae. = the bills of indictment are dismissed with a laugh!

  • Verba jactantia. = Boastful words
