SQL!

I’m going to be moving Paths of Light over to a new site in a few days. I need help transferring the MT database. I suppose I need to grab the whole thing and then edit out the non-Paths stuff. Can anyone recommend a good SQL editor?

Can those who have done this drop me any tips?
