New Bot: Oracle

I have a new bot (oh dear, I can hear Kimber say) called Oracle. She is a response to several bad oracle bots who don’t talk anything like Oracles. Based on the Oracle at Delphi, she talks in a language patterned after the Nostradamus. She’s still in early stages of development, but you can have brief conversations with her.
