Thanksgiving Day News

square233.gif I’ve been busy captaining for the Orange County Metroblog which is in an important transition. My main job, in the wake of Rebecca Schoenkopf’s caustic and rude remarks about us, has been to restore the faith of the staff in itself. This is why I have been a little scarce here. That and the fact that I took two ten mile hikes (the same one twice) in the last two days have kept me away from this blog.

In the next few days, you should see a new feature cropping up: pictures from my cell phone. (I will set up the same for Lynn.) I also hope to start posting photos from my regular camera to Paths of Light again. I have a backlog. There are also reports for Local Hikes to make and various other fun things to do.

For today, however, let me wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. May the only turkey at your feast be the one on the table.
