Against the principles-drowning tide of contemporary political wisdom, four liberal Democrats in tight races (Paul Wellstone, Jay Inslee,
Rick Larsen and Rush Holt) voted their consciences against the Iraq Adventure. They will be punished at the polls unless they can raise enough money to counter the mounting accusations of disloyalty.
