Liberal Christmas Eve

Question for those who read this blog: What traditions do you observe for Christmas Eve? Especially what do you eat? The reason why I am asking this is because in both my family and Lynn’s family it is the custom to serve spaghetti. Though my mother is Italian American, my father was not. And on his side of the family, they always serve spaghetti. Lynn’s family also serves spaghetti even though she is Anglo-Greek American. So I am dying to know if this is a stealth tradition.
