An Apology

Mania is no fun because you look back at it in grief. You say and do stupid things. Even though I may not yet be out of the glow, I want to say I am sorry for any actions which might have offended or hurt people. I am pretty sure that I spoke too quickly and harshly, at times, during this episode. Mania is not an excuse for my actions. When one sails in an electric fog, one is still obliged to listen for the foghorn.
