Trying to Terminate Neglect

square025It took a federal court judge to terminate a ridiculous system. Or, rather, to try. Nearly half a million California foster children need mental health care. You’d think that this kind of assistance would be automatic given that many of the children undoubtably suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, not to mention other syndromes deriving from genetics and abuse in their natural home. But no, that is not the case. And thanks to State maneuvering, the neglect may continue. Fire Ahnold. This shows he hates kids whose substance hasn’t come out of his own penis.
