No Nuke in North Korea?

No one can find the least trace of radioactivity in the air following the North Korea “nuclear test”. The French say that the seismic disruption does not match the profile of underground nuclear detonations. So who is saying that there is one? George W. Bush and his extremist cronies, the ones who told you that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
