Back to court tomorrow. I’m spending my time making last notes, gathering papers, and performing a few minor cosmetic routines.

The game plan is to make a motion to dismiss, briefly argue the merits, and then ask for a continuance supported by a letter from my periodontist.

Then back to court in two weeks.
