Word came from the pet adoption agency: once they got his belly shaved, an awful truth was revealed. Fergus is a girl.

I guess she’s going to be known as Fiona Phosphor from here on out.

Sigh. I’m going to be the only male in the household for a long, long time!

“She-Who-Stands-Up-To-Dogs” is also female and we’re going to call her Boadicea after the early English warrior queen.
