Father Forgive Them, They Forgot Their Lines

I don’t know that I am going to see Passion, but I think I’d give just about anything short of my soul, my wife, and my cats to have a peek at The Passion of Christ Blooper Reel. Where else can I watch these gems?:

Jesus: [in terrible anguish] My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Off Camera: [Applause]

Jesus: [rolls eyes at camera] John could write gospel, but, you know, could he write dialogue?

Jesus carries a heavy wooden cross through Jerusalem, assisted by Simon (Jarreth Merz).

Jesus: Wait a second. [puts down cross]

Off Camera: What is it?

Jesus: [wipes right eye] There’s something in my eye.

Simon: Oh my God, it’s a mote.

Off Camera: [laughter]

It’s possible that this is one big hoax, but the lines are worth the reading.
