Barely Black

The time for storms has passed here in Southern California. We had our first weekend of heat, but that boiled off a few centimeters of the ocean. The resulting fog jumped over the Laguna Hills then tiptoed across the Saddleback Valley until it reached the top of our hill here where it kneels before the mountains and drops a meagre amount of drizzle to barely blacken spots on the gray street.
