Verizon just announced its plan to create “a privileged fast
lane on the information superhighway to deliver its own services, and a slow lane for anyone trying to get anywhere else on the web.” Where are those clowns who whined about a nonexistent modem tax now? (God, I wish Bill Clinton would announce that he supported the plan. We need the backlash to his endorsement now.) Check Common Cause’s website.
