Caste in Religion

Not all that comes out of Eastern religions (or Western ones including paganism) is good. It annoys me to hear people throwing themselves at the feet of gurus who practice a religion which co-exists with and supports the caste system. These fellows who would not swat a fly think of some of their fellow men as not much more than bacon grease dripping down the sides of a hot oven. Egalitarian me — sympathetic to Buddhism — cringes when a New Ager comes to report her or his love for a “teacher” who might be practising the kama sutra behind closed ashram doors.

Beware any man or woman who purports to have all the answers. Especially Rick Warren.
