Abilify

square396….works for many people. So I’m not calling for a ban of the tiny yellow tablet. Just noting that when I used it to replace the Risperdal (my blood sugar was too high) I was, within the hour, feeling like a paper cutout marionette slapping about in a stiff breeze. I threw up (chewed down some ginger cookies) and lay in bed, my eyes as white as tombstones. Taking one and a half xanax in a twelve hour period felt like throwing a bucket of water at a brush fire shaving a black scimitar-cut off a mountainside.

I cancelled my usual hour of rising, I cancelled my trip to the gym, I cancelled my therapist visit, and I cancelled my tutorial session. There’s no progress to be made when you must exert effort to keep your eyes open and prevent your left hand from introducing new sequences of strokes.
