Waterbucket Way

Dig out that plastic bucket that you keep under the sink. Fill it with water. Scrub until you have erased the lacy soap scum ring. Rinse. What remains — that film of water surrounding the inner barrel of the bucket — represents my mind at the moment. A filmy joy surrounding a clean emptiness.
