I can’t talk about the details, but tomorrow is Appearance One in Orange County Superior Court. I’ve got the documents and the photos I need for Round One. Round Two to be scheduled.

A thought that I picked up from viewing The Lord of The Rings expanded edition on DVD this weekend: heroism is when you keep fighting even though you know you may not win. Tomorrow, I run up against an entrenched system, desparate to recoup the losses of an embarassing bankruptcy. I know what I will argue. I know what procedure I shall attempt to follow. I shall go through it even when defeat looks certain.

And I shall remain polite and respectful.
