The Scientologists and “holistic” alternative-medicine practitioners will be all over this one due to their utter panic: Studies show that elderly patients respond better to drugs for depression than psychotherapy. “Oh,” hear them say. “They didn’t test ours.” And they’ll do everything they can not to cooperate with any fair study, too.
